Rather it’s a succulent and reminiscent of something you’d see in a Dr. Seuss book. They’re low-maintenance, drought-tolerant and slow-growing. While Ponytail Palms are best suited for warm climates outdoors, they’ve become popular houseplants over the last few years (although they will need access to sunlight when indoors). Because of its succulent nature, they actually like the soil to dry out in between waterings.
